Helsinki Day: Old jokes and riddles

On Helsinki Day, the chamber of the Burgher’s House will be full of laughter — or not — as the audience will be treated to some truly old jokes and riddles from the 19th century. Humour is a reflection of its time, and some of the jokes may be difficult for modern audiences to grasp, while others deal with universal human experiences and still make us laugh. Free entry!
