Helsinki Day: Finland in Songs
Tapahtuma
-
Many aspects of Finnish culture, history and landscape are also reflected in songs. Two musicians, a singer and a kantele player, from the Opera Tellus collective will perform and tell the stories of some popular Finnish vintage songs from the 19th and 20th centuries, which can be enjoyed despite not fully understanding the lyrics.
The entertaining open-air concert will be held in the atmospheric courtyard of the Burgher’s House museum in the heart of old Helsinki. Free entrance!
