Caskas

Caskas, based in Helsinki and Tyrnävä, relies on a repertoire of a variety of musical styles. Two acoustic guitars, a violin and singing in parts are typical of the group’s music. The folk-inspired repertoire of Caskas is influenced by the music of Finnish, Spanish and American linguistic regions. The group includes Petri Kaasinen, Raija Pyykkö and Pirjo Suvilehto.
